1-year warranty
Every Tomahawk tool is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, covering the motor, electronics and mechanical assembly under normal use.
What's covered
Manufacturing and material defects. If your tool fails under normal use within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
What's not covered
Normal wear-and-tear, consumables (bits, blades, brushes), physical/water damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
Batteries
Cordless tool batteries are covered for 6 months against defects. Gradual capacity loss from regular charge cycles is normal and not a defect.
How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). We'll guide you through repair, replacement, or pickup.
